How are hotels verified?
Every hotel has a working EV charger confirmed by phone before its listing goes live. Hotels submit charger details and two charger photos for review, and anything we cannot confirm stays out of the directory.
What do "Public" and "Guest Only" mean?
Public means the hotel's charger is open to non-guests. Guest Only means the charger is reserved for guests staying at the hotel.
What is the minimum charger standard?
Every hotel in our listings meets our minimum standard of a 7.4 kW AC charger. We never list properties with only a 16A domestic socket.
How does booking work?
Listings connect straight through to trusted booking partners with live nightly rates and photos, so you book at the best available price with no extra markup from us.
Is Book EV Hotels free to use?
Yes. Searching for hotels and checking their chargers on Book EV Hotels is free. When you book, you pay the booking site's price, with no extra markup from us. The booking site may pay us a small commission, which doesn't change what you pay.
Is there a Book EV Hotels app?
Yes. The Book EV Hotels: Stay & Charge app is free on Google Play for Android. It lets you browse verified EV-friendly hotels across India and book them.

How can my hotel get listed?
Submit your hotel details, reception phone number, charger details and two photos of the charger on the List Your Hotel page. We review your charger photos and details and call you within 2 working days to confirm the charger specifications. If it passes, your listing goes live on bookevhotels.com.
