1. What Book EV Hotels does

We list hotels in India that have EV charging, show their charger details, and link to booking partners so you can book a stay. We aren't a hotel, a charging operator or a travel agent, and we don't take payment for hotel stays.

2. Booking a stay

A booking button takes you to a booking partner such as Agoda or MakeMyTrip. Your booking is between you and that partner or the hotel, on their terms. That covers prices, taxes, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds, so please take booking questions to them. The prices we show come from our partners for the dates you choose, and they can change until you book.

3. Hotel and charger details

Every hotel has a working charger confirmed by phone before its listing goes live. Things change after that: a charger can be out of order, in use, reserved for guests, moved or removed. Power, access, opening hours and any cost to charge can differ from what we show, and charging times are estimates. Before you rely on a charger, especially on a long trip, check with the hotel. We can't promise a charger will be available or working when you arrive.

4. Your account

You can browse without an account. You need one to save hotels and add your cars. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

5. Using Book EV Hotels fairly

Please don't break the law, try to get into or interfere with our systems, get around our limits or access controls, copy our hotel and charger information in bulk to build another service, or send us anything false, harmful or not yours to share.

8. Our content

The design, text and logos of Book EV Hotels, and our collection of hotel and charger information, belong to us. Hotel names, photos and other brands belong to their owners. You're welcome to share links to our pages.

9. Other sites

We link to sites and services we don't run, including booking partners and maps. We aren't responsible for them, and their own terms apply.

10. Our responsibility

We provide Book EV Hotels as it is and as available, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect loss, or for loss caused by a hotel, booking partner, charger or charging operator, such as a changed trip, an extra night or a car left without charge. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Indian law that can't be given up.

11. Changes

We may change Book EV Hotels and these terms. The new terms and their date will be published on this page. If you keep using Book EV Hotels after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

The laws of India apply to these terms. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
